Current Residence: Lynden, WA (Land of De Dutch) - living on a compound in an area known as "Greenwood."
Current Occupation: Full-time MOMMA and home maker!
Small Dreams/Aspirations: raise a family in a big city (cuz hey, nobody does it...and the city could use a little more love!), become bilingual in Spanish, take more courses in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Ed, teach a dual immersion English/Spanish preschool class, and of course the most important one right now: do right by God and raise a beautiful young girl.
Current classes: Now that I have a my CDA (Childhood Development Associate), I am ready for the next challenge: becoming bilingual in Spanish. A great perk about Bjørn working for TWU, is the free class/semester he and I are each allowed to take. This semester I am taking a 200 level spanish course.
Things I did in my free time before becoming a momma: play soccer, snowboard, hang out with youth in East Vancouver, cook.
